Deposits

• Up to $50 required

• Applied to final invoice

• Card on file may be charged after notice

• Appointments remain tentative until received

 

Cancellations & Reschedules

Free with 72+ hours notice.

Inside 72 hours:

• Deposit forfeited

If technician dispatched/on-site:

• Deposit retained

• Dispatch fee up to $50

• Up to full service amount may be charged in severe cases

 

No-Shows

Defined as failure to provide access.

Penalties:

• Deposit forfeited

• Possible full-service charge

• Larger deposit required to rebook

 

Late Arrivals

Appointments may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled.

Deposits may be forfeited.

Final Inspection Requirement

Service approval occurs during on-site final inspection per our Satisfaction Guarantee policy.

Unsafe weather = reschedule, no penalty.

Light rain/overcast ≠ automatic cancellation.
