Booking, Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Caro Detail Group Inc.

At Caro Detail, we reserve time specifically for each client and vehicle. To ensure fair scheduling and consistent service, the following policy applies to all appointments.

 

Appointment Deposits

  • A 25% deposit of up to $35 is required to secure all appointments.

  • If a card is on file, Caro Detail is authorized to charge the card a deposit for upcoming service appointments. A text will be sent before the card is charged to notify the customer.

  • The deposit is applied toward the final invoice at the time of service.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in:

    • Forfeiture of the deposit, or

    • The deposit being converted into a reschedule credit (one-time courtesy, at our discretion)

    • If a cancellation or no-show occurs after a technician has been dispatched or arrives on site, Caro Detail Group Inc. reserves the right to retain the deposit and charge an additional dispatch or inconvenience fee of up to $35 to the card on file.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to be present at the scheduled appointment time without notice is considered a no-show.

  • No-shows will forfeit the deposit.

  • Rebooking after a no-show may require a larger deposit or prepayment.

 

Appointment Confirmation

  • Clients will receive an automated confirmation request 24 hours before the appointment.

 

Late Arrivals

  • If the vehicle or client is not available at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be:

    • Shortened,

    • Rescheduled, or

    • Canceled,
      depending on the day’s schedule.

  • Deposits may be forfeited for excessive delays.

 

Weather & Service Conditions

  • Mobile services are weather-dependent.

  • In the event of unsafe weather conditions, Caro Detail will reschedule at no penalty.

  • Light rain or overcast conditions do not automatically qualify for cancellation.

 

Why This Policy Exists

 

Our team reserves equipment, staff, and travel time specifically for your appointment. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent us from serving other clients and operating efficiently. This policy allows us to provide reliable, high-quality service to every customer.
