Due to the nature of detailing services:

All sales are final once service begins or is completed.

No refunds, credits, or exchanges for completed services.

Customers must ensure booking accuracy.

Deposits

Non-refundable, unless our technicians canceled on you.

Governed by Booking Policy.

No-Shows / Same-Day Cancellations

May result in forfeiture of full service amount where technician time is allocated.

Once service is completed, no refunds will be issued.

Customers should raise concerns during the inspection window outlined in our Satisfaction Guarantee policy.
