General Policy (All Customers)
Caro Detail Group Inc., provides mobile automotive detailing services. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once service has begun or has been completed.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for completed services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that appointment details (vehicle type, location, service selection) are accurate at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling (Standard Payments)
For payments made without Klarna, cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our booking terms at the time of purchase.

Deposits are non-refundable

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the full service amount

Rescheduling requests must be made within the timeframe outlined at booking
Klarna Purchases – Special Consumer Rights Disclosure
The following section applies only to services purchased using Klarna.
Right to Cancel (Before Service Begins)
In accordance with Klarna consumer protection requirements, customers who purchase services using Klarna have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, provided that:

No services have begun, and
-
The appointment has not already taken place.
If these conditions are met, the customer may request a full refund.
Waiver of Right to Cancel Once Service Begins
If the customer schedules or requests service delivery within the 14-day cancellation period, they expressly agree that:

Once any portion of the service has started, the right to cancel is waived

No refunds will be issued once service begins or is completed
This includes, but is not limited to:

Technician arrival on-site
-
Inspection or setup
-
Any cleaning, detailing, or preparation work
Refund Processing for Eligible Klarna Cancellations

Approved Klarna refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 14 business days

No restocking fees, credits, or exchanges apply to Klarna purchases
No Refunds After Service Completion
Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction based on expectations not aligned with the selected service package.
If a concern arises, customers are encouraged to contact us promptly so we may review the issue in good faith.
