1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, booking services, enrolling in a membership, or submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Caro Detail Group Inc. provides mobile automotive detailing and vehicle care services performed at customer-designated locations.
Service descriptions, pricing, inclusions, service frequency, availability, and service windows are subject to change without notice.
3. Booking, Billing & Payment Processing
All services must be booked through our approved systems.
Payments are processed via Stripe and UrPay (Fullsteam). Buy-now-pay-later options (ex. Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna) may be offered through Stripe or partner providers.
Approval, repayment terms, and eligibility decisions are controlled solely by those providers.
Where financing providers require consumer cancellation rights, those provisions supersede this refund policy only where legally applicable.
4. Monthly Memberships & Subscriptions
Billing

Billed automatically on the 1st of each month

Non-refundable, including unused visits
Service Access vs Attendance
Membership covers reserved service capacity — not guaranteed appointment usage.
Customer unavailability does not pause billing or generate credits.
5. Minimum Commitments
Early cancellation of promotional or commitment-based memberships may result in retroactive billing at standard pricing.
6. Initial Reset Services
Discounted onboarding/reset services may be repriced at full value if commitment terms are not fulfilled.
7. Scheduling & Service Windows
Appointments are scheduled within service windows, not exact arrival times.
We may adjust routing, staffing, and order to optimize operations.
8. Cancellations, Missed Visits & No-Shows
If vehicles are inaccessible, unsafe, or unavailable:

Visit is forfeited

No refund or credit issued

Billing continues
Same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of service and additional fees per Booking Policy.
9. Membership Pauses
Pauses are not guaranteed and require written approval. Billing may continue unless stated otherwise.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:

Provide accurate booking info

Ensure vehicle access
-
Remove personal belongings
-
Provide safe working conditions
We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
Service may be refused if conditions are unsafe or unlawful.
11. Satisfaction Disclaimer
Detailing is cosmetic. Results vary based on vehicle condition, wear, prior damage, and neglect.
No refunds are issued for expectations inconsistent with the selected package.
11A. Satisfaction Guarantee & Service Acceptance
Customers are required to complete a final inspection upon service completion.
This walk-through is the official opportunity to review results and request touch-ups while technicians are on-site.
Once inspection is completed and service is approved, the satisfaction guarantee is fulfilled. Return visits or re-services are not included after technician departure.
After-Dark / Visibility Exception
If completion occurs in lighting conditions that limit proper inspection visibility, customers may notify technicians at that time.
A follow-up touch-up visit may be scheduled solely for previously completed service areas.
This exception applies only to visibility limitations — not new concerns.
Failure to participate in inspection constitutes acceptance of service.
12. Refund Policy
All sales are final except where required by law or third-party financing provisions.
No refunds for:

Membership charges

Promotional pricing
Service acceptance is determined during final inspection.
13. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
14. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify Caro Detail Group Inc. against claims arising from inaccurate information or unsafe conditions.
15. Governing Law
State of North Carolina.
16. Modifications
Terms may be updated at any time.
