1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, booking services, or submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

 

If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

 

2. Services Provided

Caro Detail Group Inc. provides mobile automotive detailing services, delivered in person at a customer-specified location.

 

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

 

3. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be completed through our approved online checkout or booking system.

• Payments are processed through UrPay powered by Fullsteam, with Klarna available where offered.

• Deposits are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated for Klarna purchases.

 

4. Klarna Payments

For services purchased using Klarna:

• Customers may cancel within 14 days of purchase only if services have not begun.

• Once any portion of the service has started, all sales are final.

• Approved Klarna refunds are processed within 14 business days.

 

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of deposits or full service charges.

• Same-day cancellations may be charged in full.

• Rebooking is subject to availability.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate booking, vehicle, and location information

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time

• Remove personal belongings prior to service

• Provide a safe working environment for technicians

 

Caro Detail Group Inc. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or information is inaccurate.

 

7. Satisfaction Disclaimer

Automotive detailing is a cosmetic service. Results may vary depending on vehicle condition, wear, damage, or prior maintenance.

 

No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction based on expectations not aligned with the selected service package.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Caro Detail Group Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service performed.

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caro Detail Group Inc. from any claims arising from misuse of services, inaccurate information, or violations of these Terms.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

11. Modifications

Caro Detail Group Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
