Cancellation Policy

Booking & deposit All appointments are request → manual approval. Deposits due after approval: $25 standard; Ceramic Coating $100/$150/$200 by option. Deposits apply to balance. Scheduling Minimum notice 24h. Book up to 14 days ahead. Buffers are built into times. Reschedule / cancel / no-show ≥24h notice moves your deposit. <24h, >15 min late, or no-show forfeits deposit. If we must reschedule (weather/equipment), your deposit moves. Power, water, space Outdoor outlet preferred. Low-water rinseless method; no driveway runoff. Shade/garage improves results; Signature/protection require shade/garage and dry conditions. Ensure access/parking; HOA rules are your responsibility. Weather We may pause or reschedule for rain, wind/dust, extreme temps, or unsafe conditions. Prep & valuables Remove personal items from seats/doors/console/trunk. We don’t handle hazardous waste. Not responsible for loose/missing valuables left in the vehicle. Vehicle condition & limits Pre-existing issues (scratches, chips, failing clear, oxidized paint, brittle plastics, failing headliner, films/tints) may limit results. Interior stain/odor reduction may not be full in one visit. One-step polish targets ~50–70% defect reduction; deeper defects may need a multi-step upgrade. Payment Balance due at completion (cash/card). Deposits apply to total. Failed payments may incur a $25 fee. Travel surcharge may apply beyond our normal radius (quoted first). Satisfaction If we miss something reasonable, contact within 72h with photos and we’ll schedule a touch-up.
